Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Visionary Institute of Leadership Pty Ltd, trading as ZITA Consultants (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking, purchasing or participating in any coaching, consulting, mentoring, workshops, retreats, online programs or related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
ZITA Consultants provides coaching, mentoring, consulting, workshops, retreats, educational resources and related services designed to support personal and professional growth.
Participation in our services does not guarantee any particular business, financial, emotional or personal outcome.
2. Bookings and Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For services valued at less than AUD $1,000, payment confirms your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
For services valued at AUD $1,000 or more, clients may be required to sign a separate service agreement before services commence.
3. Refund Policy
Services and products valued at less than AUD $1,000 are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Change of mind.
Personal circumstances.
Scheduling conflicts.
Failure to attend a booked session.
A decision not to continue after purchase.
Dissatisfaction with results that are outside our control.
Programs and services valued at AUD $1,000 or more are governed by the relevant signed service agreement.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a session by providing at least 24 hours’ written notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of a scheduled session will incur a AUD $100 cancellation and administration fee.
Failure to attend a session without notice may result in the session being forfeited.
We reserve the right to reschedule services where necessary due to illness, emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients acknowledge that coaching and consulting are collaborative processes and that results depend on their own participation, commitment and implementation.
Clients remain responsible for all decisions, actions and outcomes arising from the services provided.
6. Disclaimer
Our services are educational and coaching-based in nature and are not intended to replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
Clients should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, recordings, written materials, presentations, resources and methodologies provided by ZITA Consultants remain the intellectual property of Visionary Institute of Leadership Pty Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or shared without prior written consent.
8. Confidentiality
We will take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during coaching sessions and programs.
Confidential information may be disclosed where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visionary Institute of Leadership Pty Ltd trading as ZITA Consultants will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in our services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
